COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
Check-In Complete on Day 1 of each class. Stop by the Lower Hangar (Building 16) to scan the Check-In QR code and locate your classroom. The Lower Hangar is also where you can find our Vendors. Daily attendance will be taken in your classroom.
Waiver Complete prior to attending. *Available starting November 1
Parking Pass Print and place on vehicle dash while on campus. Vehicles without a pass may be towed by campus security. *Available 1 month prior to Academy
Emergency Notifications Text “AWIMA” to 67283 in order to receive emergency notifications during the Academy. Notifications will include weather delays and emergency information. This system will only be available during the week of the academy. This system will not be used for daily reminders and event info.
DURING THE ACADEMY
Every day starts with Morning Briefing at 7:15am. Class will start after the briefing, no later than 8am unless otherwise directed by your instructor. Most classes are done by 5pm each day.

Directions to ERAU Campus Enter on Haas Blvd to access Hass Parking lots
GPS, enter the following: Haas Blvd Parking, Prescott, AZ 86301
Parking for Students, Instructors and Vendors is located in Haas Blvd Parking lots B, C, D, E, F and Overflow.
Only Incident Management Team members may park in Lower Lot G, next to Building 20.
MORNING BRIEFING
Attendance is MANDATORY. All students and instructors are expected to attend in-person on the first day of their course at 7:15 am in the DLC Auditorium. Starting on day 2 of a course, it will be up to instructors if students continue to attend in person or live stream the 7:15 am briefing in their classroom. Lunch
Included in the cost of your class. Instructors will provide a lunch ticket to enter the ERAU cafeteria during the designated time for your class. (Breakfast is available for purchase at ERAU cafeteria).
