COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
Check-In Complete on Day 1 of each class. Stop by the Lower Hangar (Building 16) to scan the Check-In QR code and locate your classroom. The Lower Hangar is also where you can find our Vendors. Daily attendance will be taken in your classroom.
Waiver Complete prior to attending
Parking Pass Print and place on vehicle dash while on campus. Vehicles without a pass may be towed by campus security.
Emergency Notifications Text “AWIMA” to 67283 in order to receive emergency notifications during the Academy. Notifications will include weather delays and emergency information. This system will only be available during the week of the academy. This system will not be used for daily reminders and event info.
DURING THE ACADEMY
Every day starts with Morning Briefing at 7:15am. Class will start after the briefing, no later than 8am unless otherwise directed by your instructor. Most classes are done by 5pm each day. Please check with your instructor if you need an agenda.
