Topics include division or group management, organizational interaction, division operations, all-hazard operations, and tactical decision games (optional). Course Pre-Work & Instructor Contact
Students will need to watch the movie Black Hawk Down. We will discuss the leadership rolls that took place in an open discussion on the first day of the course.
After watching the film, download and answer the pre-work questions. These questions focus on tactical leadership, span of control, situational awareness, and decision making at the supervisory level, which are key responsibilities of a Division/Group Supervisor.
Please complete the prework before the course begins, as it will be discussed during class. If you have any questions or need any assistance, feel free to reach out directly to the instructor.
