Human Resource Specialist

This INSTRUCTOR-LED course is designed to equip an individual with the technical skills and knowledge needed to fulfill the role of Human Resource Specialist (HRSP) on emergency incidents. The primary purpose of the HRSP is to assist the Incident Management Team in maintaining a harmonious and professional environment by facilitating the resolution of a wide range of human resource issues.

Course Pre-Work

You will need a Wildland Fire Learning Portal account for both the pre-work and the course. If you do not have an account, create one at Wildland Fire Learning Portal

Once you have an account, email Kate.tfdgc@outlook.com with your username and email address used for the account. You will be enrolled by the instructor, and the course will appear on your portal home page. Pre-work instructions and all subsequent communication will be on the Wildland Fire Learning Portal.
